Design-Build
Architect-led turnkey delivery: one team responsible for the design and for carrying it through construction.
Design-build is turnkey delivery led by the architect. Steradian Architects takes responsibility for both the design of a building and for carrying that design through construction, from its studios in Moradabad and Greater Noida.
Why design and construction belong together
We believe design and construction are inseparable. When they are split between unrelated parties, intent is lost at every hand-over: a detail is simplified, a material is substituted, a proportion drifts.
Our architect-led method keeps one team accountable for the concept through to completion, from the first sketch to the last detail on site.
What the client gets
A single point of responsibility for design and execution, drawings that are made by the people who will see them built, and decisions on site taken by the architect rather than left to chance.
Where it applies
Design-build suits private residences, hospitality projects and interiors where the client wants one team from start to finish. Clients who already have a contractor can engage the studio for architecture or interior design alone.
